What equipment do I need for class?
Most classes require just a mat or a space to practice. Some classes will require a block and/or a strap - those will be listed on the class description.
Do I need previous experience to practice with Satsanga Yoga?
No, Satsanga Yoga's classes are designed for all levels of yogis. Frequent modifications are provided to simplify a pose and also to make a pose more challenging. As always do what you need and leave out anything that doesn't serve you.
