Theresa began practicing yoga 25 years ago and became a yoga instructor to share her love of yoga with others. Theresa is a balanced yoga instructor specializing in the mind-body connection. Focused on a yoga practice that is rooted in the framework of Power Yoga, amplifying the traditional asana postures to a powerful vinyasa flow. Classes specialize in the power of movement to create joy and release stress and tension.
